In May 2011, in the result announcement of “2011 China’s Top 100 Real Estate Enterprises” Guangsha Real Estate Group won the title of “Star of Top 100”. In November, “Wensha Huayuan” and “Jinshang Haoting” projects of Tiandu City of Guangsha Real Estate Group won 2011 Habitation Classic Comprehensive Award and Environment Golden Award separately.
