On May 18th, 2011, in the 3rd Congress of Zhejiang Charity Federation, Lou Zhongfu, Honorary Chairman was reappointed to be Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Charity Federation. Chairman Lou Ming was elected to be Director of Zhejiang Charity Federation.
