On June 17th, the 10th Congress of Members of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held in Hangzhou. 600 members all over the country listened and considered the 9th Executive Committee Work Report of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The 10th executive committee of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry was elected. Representatives of the 11th Congress of China Chamber of Commerce and Industry were selected. They also considered and approved relative resolutions. Lou Ming, Chairman of Board of Directors of Guangsha Holding Group was elected as Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and member of the 10th Standing Committee of Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

On June 8th, at 2012 (the 3rd) Chinese Private Investing and Financing Meeting, Lou Ming, Chairman of Board of Directors of Guangsha Holding Group was the first to be appointed as Chairman of Zhejiang Merchant Shaoshuai Association.Zhejiang Merchant Shaoshuai
