On December 30th 2012, 2012 (the 5th) Zhejiang Merchant annual meeting and inauguration meeting of Zhejiang Merchant Development Research Institute (Zhejiang Merchant Wisdom Bank (hereafter referred as 2012 Zhejiang Merchant annual meeting)---one of 2012 special events of World Zhejiang Merchant Conference was grandly held in Hangzhou InterContinental Hotel.

In the annual meeting, Lou Zhongfu, Honorary Chairman of Guangsha Group was appointed as Vice President of Zhejiang Merchant Development Institute newly founded.
